In questo studio retrospettivo si prende in considerazione la diagnostica tradizionale scintigrafica con 99mTc-pertecnetato, prescindendo dall'impiego, ormai molto limitato, del 131I. L'indicazione più importante dell'esame scintigrafico concerne la diagnosi precoce di tiroidite subacuta.
