L'article pose le problème de la place de l'information géographique et de l'analyse spatiale au sein du processus de géogouvernance. Il met en avant le nécessaire transfert de connaissances entre acteurs du territoire pour amener à des décisions co-construites, et porte un regard critique sur quelques expérimentations.

This paper introduces the concept of geogovernance, that differs from governance and from territorial governance, which is a linked concept. It highlights how this new concept is relevant for planning policy respecting sustainable development and how useful it is for building shared projects with inhabitants of a region.
