This paper presents the design of a fully integrated pulse generator which allows BPSK modulation to be implemented. This emitter is based on the response filter architecture and has been integrated in a 130 nm CMOS technology with a 1.2 V supply voltage on a silicon area of 2.88 mm 2 .
