The paper introduces the approach and proposes the framework as example of how combining Modeling and Simulation, Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics in closed loop with real data it could be possible to support Decision Makers in re-engineering processes and redesigning business models even in Small Medium Size Enterprises devoted to high quality production.
