Evidence-based management for managing knowledge in learning organizations
Description
Knowledge is the most important resource an organization can have. In this paper we present a model that
intends to facilitate the creation, transformation and transmission of knowledge in Learning Organizations. Said
model is founded on Evidence-Based Management (EBMa), as a process that bases managerial analysis, actions
and decisions on the best possible external evidences. Finally, we try to confirm the advantages of EBA, through
an empirical work carried out in two organizations.
