La especialización del profesorado de Educación Infantil: entre la normativa legal y la realidad

Este artículo presenta un estudio cualitativo que ha pretendido conocer la incidencia de la especialidad cursada por los maestros en los inicios de su ejercicio profesional. Son entrevistados tres docentes que desempeñan su labor en educación infantil, si bien cada uno de ellos ha recibido una formación inicial diferente.
Abstract
The present article introduces a qualitative study that tries to know of the incidence of the specially done by the teachers at the beginning of their professional activity. Three teachers working in elementary education are interviewed, but the initial training of each of them has been different.Additional details
