Project managers (PMP), generally, operate in sequential projects with predetermined deadlines, focusing on ensuring that the scope stays below the established cost and within the scheduled timeframe. However, there is another type of project that, despite careful cost considerations, detailed activity planning, and seemingly smooth execution, fails to achieve the expected results. These projects often run with costs exceeding established limits and exceptionally long timelines. The reasons behind these discrepancies in management are not always identified with a specific type of project, environment, or project manager's experience. In these cases, projects are considered complex and involve high uncertainty, risks, multiple stakeholders, etc. To ensure successful management, it is crucial to establish multinet models that allow control of nodes and their connections.
