El proceso de reclutamiento de la fuerza de venta: Una investigación empírica de las ofertas de empleo en prensa
Description
This work broachs one of the main tasks to carty out in the proccess of the management of the sales torces: the recruitment of staff. We analyse the bibliography more connected with the subjetc, and at the same time, we had proceeded to develop an empirical research about the employment offers managed to occupy the commercial jobs in the organizations. Also, we analyse the results obtained from this empirical research, and we compare them with the ideas drawn from the literature.
