Termoregolazione e contabilizzazione del calore ai sensi del D.Lgs. 102-2014 - Analisi di fattibilità, convenienza e risparmio energetico

The present paper deals with the application of the recent D.lgs. 102-2014, which in art. 9 sub. 5 letter b sets as mandatory the installation of energy measurement and accounting systems. The possibility of application of the decree in existing buildings and plants is discussed and the improvements in energy efficiency and the consequent economic savings according to UNI EN 15459 are evaluated with reference to different case studies.
