Recently, Gungor et al. published a systematic review of cases of endometriosis-related ascites and/or pleural eVusion. Although the authors should be congratulated for their extensive eVorts, we would like to bring to your attention a case of endometriosis presenting with ascites that we previously described and was not included in the systematic review.
