Description
A theoretical analysis of microstrip antennas printed on a conical surface operating in the TM01 model is described. The cavity mode with magnetic or electric walls is used to calculate the resonant frequency and the input impedance. The radiated far fields are obtained by using the dyadic Green's function formulation. Experimental data fit the theoretical predictions of the model well.
