Simulación acústica y virtualización en recintos de culto

Description

Acoustic simulation methods applied to existing places of worship enable to use calibrated models to simulate the inner acoustic field with enough accuracy. It is possible to obtain adequate spectral and spatial behaviour of the most common room acoustic parameters, and even to obtain simulated impulse responses that can be used to do auralizations with subjective assessment purposes, either reconstruction of acoustic intangible heritage associated, or prior recreation of the behaviour before any permanent or ephemeral interventions. The implementation of these methods and the iterative process to obtain calibrated models, to be applied with the objectives proposed to a set of very significant Mudejar-Gothic churches of the city of Seville are shown.
