Méthodologie d'identification du domaine public par traitements géomatiques en creux du cadastre pour une analyse spatio-temporelle

In France, public bodies can own land from the public domain which isinalienable and excluded from the land and real estate markets, serving a publicinterest. It usually does not appear in any land registry and therefore it can't beidentified and its evolutions can't be approached by the analysis of land data. Inorder to solve this lack of knowledge, we propose a methodology for identifying thenon-registered domain in counter-relief from the registered domain. This spatialdifference operation is made possible by a geomatic process making the workflowmore reliable and optimized. The method is performed by PostgreSQL DBMS, testedon the Ille-et-Vilaine department (France) and allows to observe the evolution ofthe public domain between 2009 and 2021.
