Attività per la conservazione del patrimonio vegtale ligure nell'Orto Botanico di Genova

The Botanical Garden of Genoa has been involved for some years in steps aimed at the conservation of the vegetational heritage of Liguria region. Of great importance are those activities involving Index Seminum and the construction, within the Botanical garden, of small environments for the ex situ conservation of living samples of thretened species. Future plans foresee the intensification of measures aimed at public awareness and problem solving concerning environmental alterations in the region.
