Este conjunto de datos es parte de un estudio que presenta el análisis del comportamiento energético del parque de edificios residenciales construidos en la ciudad más poblada de Andalucía, Sevilla. Se procesaron los datos contenidos en 45.920 certificados de eficiencia energética de viviendas y se analizaron según su tipología (unifamiliares y viviendas individuales en bloques plurifamiliares), el periodo de construcción y el distrito donde se ubican. Los resultados obtenidos en este estudio permiten identificar aquellos distritos y zonas donde se concentran los edificios energéticamente menos eficientes.

Abstract

This dataset is part of a study that aims to analyze the energy performance of the residential building stock in the most populated city of Andalusia, Seville. The information contained in 45,920 energy performance certificates of dwellings was processed and analyzed according to the type of dwellings (single-family dwelling and individual dwellings in multi-family blocks), the period of construction and the district location. The results obtained in this study facilitate the identification of those districts and areas where the least efficient buildings are concentrated.
