Hysterosalpingography with gadolinium.

Description

We report a case of diagnostic hysterosalpingography performed using gadoteric acid (1,350 mOsm) in a patient with a prior severe generalized adverse reaction to iodinated contrast media. Hysterosalpingography (HSG) is the common and standard examination in the evaluation of female patients with infertility problems.
