¿Cómo enseñar Química Orgánica?

Description
La asignatura de Química Orgánica del grado de Bioquímica es de nuevo la
asignatura elegida para el ciclo de mejora al igual que en el curso 2021/22. En este
Ciclo de Mejora en el Aula (CIMA), he continuado en la línea de lo trabajado en
el curso anterior, en los dos primeros temas. Estos temas se trabajaron en base
al aprendizaje cooperativo y la gestión de grupo como ejes fundamentales del
aprendizaje dados los buenos resultados obtenidos en el curso anterior.
En el tema 3 es donde se realizó el primer cambio importante respecto al
curso anterior, llevándose a cabo una mezcla de aula invertida con la ayuda de
vídeos de la plataforma JoVE Science Education, de clase magistral con intervención
del alumnado en la pizarra resolviendo ejercicios y resolución de problemas
de forma autónoma por parte del alumnado al final del tema. Adicionalmente a
lo comentado, tanto en el tema 3 como en el 4 (que se incorpora este año), se le
solicitó al alumnado un vídeo de no más de 2 o 3 minutos, que pudieron preparar
de forma individual o grupal de cualquier parte del tema, pero que fue individual
en su entrega.
Abstract
The Organic Chemistry subject of the Biochemistry degree is again the subject chosen for the improvement cycle as in the academic year 2021/22. In this Improvement Cycle in Classroom-ICIC, I will continue along the lines of what was worked on in the previous year, in the first two issues. These topics were based on cooperative learning and group management as the fundamental axes of learning, given the good results obtained in the previous course. The first major change was made in theme 3, with a mixture of a flipped classroom with the help of videos from the JoVE Science Education platform, a master class with student intervention on the blackboard solving exercises and independent problem solving by the students at the end of the topic. In addition, both in topic 3 and 4 (which is being incorporated this year), students were asked to make a video of no more than 2 or 3 minutes, which they could prepare individually or in groups of any part of the topic, but which was delivered individually.Additional details
