Este trabajo pretende hacer un recorrido histórico del sistema judicial español desde finales del siglo XIX hasta la primera mitad del pasado siglo, desde una perspectiva generalista. Se analizan las normas relativas a la función judicial que han servido de base al sistema actual recogido en nuestra Constitución de 1978.

Abstract

This work aims to make a historical tour of the Spanish judicial system from the end of the 19th century to the first half of the last century, from a general perspective. The rules related to the judicial function that have served as the basis for the current system set forth in our 1978 Constitution are analyzed.
