In the recent years there has been an increasing interest on the University Community side in order to adapt the curricula offered by the spanísh universities to the labour market demands. The present paper aims to show out the educational and training level of a group of managers that got their current job in the first four years of the current decade, supported by their college titles and analyzing some other variables, such as post-graduate studies and masters, foreign languages, etc.
