Ethanol and geraniol microbial acetylations in organic solvent. Kinetic and thermodynamic study
Description
Lyophilized mycelium of Aspergillus oryzae was used as biocatalyst for the kinetic and thermodynamic study of ethanol and geraniol acetylations in organic solvent.
