Description
The paper deals with an iterative algorithm for reconstructing the complex permittivity profile of buried objects. The backscattered field is measured in a multistatic configuration at different frequencies. A Biconjugatc Gradient method is used to minimize a cost functional and a regularization procedure is applied using Edge-Preserving potential functions.
