RTNS '13: Proceedings of the 21st International conference on Real-Time Networks and Systems

Description

It is our pleasure to welcome you to the 21st International Conference on Real-Time Networks and Systems (RTNS 2013) held in Sophia-Antipolis, France. The purpose of the conference is to share new ideas, experiences and information among academic researchers, developers and service providers in the field of real-time systems and networks. RTNS is a friendly conference with a great sense of community that presents excellent opportunities for collaboration.Compared to previous years, we have made two main changes to the technical program for RTNS 2013. Firstly, we have extended the program to three days, and thus accepted a larger number of high quality papers, with the presentation of these papers concentrated into shorter more focussed time slots. Secondly, we have recognised research of the highest quality via three outstanding papers awards; these papers form the shortlist for the best paper prize. We are also awarding prizes for the best student paper, and the best presentation.
