Un giardiniere-botanico: l'opera di Giovanni Bucco presso l'Orto Botanico di Genova.

New historical indications about Giovanni Bucco are recognised. Many unknown documents, letters and manuscripts point out a new figure of the head-gardener who worked at the University Botanic Garden of Genoa during the second half of the XIX century. The implementation of his ideas and research activities carried his name all over Europe. Through the historical and scientific reconstruction of Bucco's activity it is possible to define the evolution of the garden.
